The following libraries will loan out chargers for various devices with a valid TCard. Some libraries restrict borrowing to only those faculty, staff, and students affiliated within the faculty.
Gerstein Science Information Centre

Bobst Library offers overnight Mac laptop loans to NYU graduate students. Laptops can be borrowed up to 1 hour prior to BLCC’s closing, and must be returned by the due time listed on the loan receipt. Graduate student loans are renewable based on demand and inventory. Mac laptop loans include a charger.
Items can be borrowed from the Short Terms Loans Desk, 1st floor for 24 hours. Late fees are $1 / hour.
Robarts Library Media Commons (3rd floor)
- Phone and tablet chargers and accessories (compatible with Android and Apple)
- Laptop power cables (various Apple and PC products)
- Computer mouse
- Headphones
Items can be borrowed from the 3rd floor Media Commons Desk, Robarts Library for either 4 or 24 hours. Late fees are $0.50 / hour.
Emmanuel College Library
- Phone charger kits (comprised of a power cord, a charger, and a set of adapter cables) available
- Kit includes: micro-USB plug, “lightening” style 8-pin plug, one older-style Apple 30-pin plug
Items can be signed out for 2 hours. Late fees are 50 cents / hour. No renewals.
E.J. Pratt Library (Victoria University)
- Various charger kits with 4-way and 3-way cables, which include: Apple 30-pin plug, and newer Apple 'lightning' style 8-pin plugs, micro-USB plug (common for Android and other devices), older-style mini-USB plug
Items can be signed out for 2 hours. Late fees are 50 cents / hour. No renewals.
John W. Graham Library (Trinity College)
- MicroUSB cable
- Apple 30-pin adapter, and Apple lightning adapter
- USB keys, and one set of headphones
All items are in-library-use only, and due at the end of the day.
